What we built

An AI triage layer that reads the dispatch inbox, matches messages to loads in the TMS, drafts responses, and files the routine cases entirely on its own.

The team reviews a morning digest instead of a thousand unread emails. Veterans stopped being human routers and went back to solving actual logistics problems.
